To accord with our protocol we identify our clients as ‘Sailors’. There are a variety of Sailors who sail with Sailability Port Macquarie, ranging from those with profound ‘disabilities’, through the spectrum to those that are ‘older citizens’.

Sailability Port Macquarie is an all volunteer organisation dedicated to providing sailing opportunities accessible to all, regardless of age, gender or ability.

Our Sailors embrace their sailing activities and find that sailing is a fun, safe and rewarding activity in which all can participate. Carers confirm the differences that Sailability makes to the often very restricted lives of our Sailors.

People with various  types of abilities including Cerebral Palsy, MS, Spina Bifida,Vision Impairment, Brain Injury and learning difficulties are catered for. People with restricted mobility are able to sail with us as well.
